1-Year Replacement Warranty

Comprehensive Coverage:
All Cuzor products come with a hassle-free 1-year replacement warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur under normal usage conditions.

Easy Replacement Process:
In the unlikely event that your Cuzor product encounters an issue, we’ve made the replacement process as simple as possible. Just follow these easy steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp with details about the issue you’re experiencing.

  • Evaluation: Our support team will evaluate the problem and, if necessary, arrange for a doorstep pickup of the defective unit.

  • Replacement: Once we receive the defective unit, we will ship a replacement unit to your address promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and inconvenience.

Warranty Registration

Extended Warranty:
Register your Cuzor product online within 10 days of purchase to receive an additional 4 months of warranty coverage, extending your total warranty period to 16 months. This extended coverage is our way of showing appreciation for choosing Cuzor

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product.

  • Battery Performance: Issues related to the performance of the battery within the specified warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

  • Physical Damage: Any damage caused by accidental drops, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized service providers.

  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation over time due to usage.

  • Improper Use: Warranty is void if Cuzor product  is used in unsafe or improper conditions. This includes using incorrect power adapters (e.g., using a 9V adapter to charge a 12V UPS or vice versa), exposure to excessive moisture, or operation in extreme temperature conditions, or use in any conditions not prescribed in the product manual.

  • Refurbished or Resold Items: Warranty is not applicable for any products that are refurbished or resold after the initial purchase.
